Responsibilities:
Managing internal IT incidents and service requests with efficient logging, troubleshooting, and information gathering through the service desk application to prioritize workloads and escalate as needed.
Supporting audio-visual technologies, including projection and amplification systems.
Installing and administering server environments.
Conducting network analysis, monitoring, capacity management, and ensuring secure configurations.
Planning and executing technology upgrades, platform migrations, and new infrastructure deployment.
Setting and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) effectively.
