Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced business analyst to work with them on a Fixed Term Project of 6 months.
The project involves
Documenting current business processes and assist in defining new processes needed for transition and separation, while reviewing and identifying areas for improvement. In addition to managing the "as-is" and "to-be" definitions, you will ensure that IT audit and compliance requirements are taken into account.
You will play a critical role in the success of a large-scale program, including the separation of customer-facing and back-office IT systems, End User/Desktop IT, and Service Management, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Understanding complex business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with IT and project teams to map these processes to tasks necessary for achieving the goals of the separation program.
Your ability to build strong relationships with the business, IT, and the program team will be essential.
Requirements
Work experience of 2-3 years as a Business Analyst
Strong Communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Excellent listening skills and the ability to effectively challenge stakeholders to ensure progress is not blocked
Ability to produce documentation to a high standard
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Analysis
