Responsibilities:
Responsible for mapping and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize project requirements, ensuring effective management throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform comprehensive testing of systems and processes to verify that they meet defined requirements and function as expected. This includes developing test plans, executing tests, and recording results.
Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery, while maintaining quality and meeting objectives.
Engage with various stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and IT teams, to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that address those requirements.
