Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Lead the collation and documentation of business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user story development sessions with project stakeholders and SMEs.
Documentation: Ensure business requirements are documented clearly, concisely, and accurately using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with the project team to analyze the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions on business processes and user experience.
Functional Specifications: Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Business Process Documentation: Assist BPR specialists in creating, validating, and maintaining business process documentation.
Risk Analysis: Help identify and analyze business risks related to projects and recommend mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in financial services.
