Business Analyst

  Central Malta  |  €55,000 - €60,000 Annually 

Our client, operating within the Fintech ream, is looking to recruit a new Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through the full development lifecycle
  • Transition requirements into project plans and manage tasks
  • Design and specify product enhancements using consulting expertise and client insights
  • Lead client and internal discovery sessions
  • Convert complex requirements into clear product specifications
  • Contribute to building product roadmaps
  • Work with development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Drive product improvements through data analysis and client feedback
  • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Support sales with product demonstrations and proof of concept development

Requirements

  • Act as the bridge between customers and the development team, guiding clients through the process.
  • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience in banking/finance or a BA/PM background is a plus.
  • Handle project steps, ensuring smooth execution and transitions.
  • Oversee development, convert business requirements into JIRA tickets, and create project plans.

Education and Experience

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst
