ERP Support Specialist

  Central Malta  |  up to €25,000 Annually 

An exciting opportunity of an ERP Support Specialist in the distribution services industry has arisen. 

We are looking for candidates who will be working on optimizing and managing ERP systems to streamline operations as well as improve efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a 1st line of support with any queries related to ERP and any third pary business solutions 
  • Maintaining the systems data and ensuring proceesses are streamlined 
  • Monitoring and maintaning ERP automation
  • Escalating techinical issues when needed to the correct channels
  • Assisting in the implmentation of new solutions 
  • Assisting with the development of ERP reports 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge using Acumatica ERP would be an asset however not a requirement
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent command of English and Maltese both verbal and written

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
