Product Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client operating in IT industry is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver interactive demos that showcase the product's key features and benefits.
  • Offer personalized onboarding support to ensure a smooth and seamless product experience for new users.
  • Handle customer inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and work closely with the technical team to resolve them.
  • Stay well-versed in the product’s features to provide efficient troubleshooting and customer assistance.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to better understand their needs and pain points.
  • Relay customer suggestions and feature requests to the technical team for consideration.
  • Assist in creating requirements and documentation for new product features to align with customer needs.
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage with both potential and current customers.
  • Track customer engagement metrics and follow up with leads as necessary.
  • Participate in webinars, industry events, and other community-focused activities to stay informed and connected.

Requirements

  • Ability to assist in preparing documentation for new features aligned with client expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Professional and empathetic client engagement for high-quality support.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the product’s features and value.

Education and Experience

  • Experience with leading product demos, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Strong interest in technology and proactive understanding of systems/platforms.
  • Background in IT is mandatory
  • Local experience in an IT support role
