Project Manager

Our client, operating in the software industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team: 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure project outcomes align with their expectations.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, collaborating with internal teams to develop proactive solutions.
• Monitor progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, identify improvements, and implement best practices in future projects.
• Optimize resource allocation, ensuring personnel, materials, and equipment are used efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous growth.

Requirements

• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within software delivery, ideally in custom development projects.
