Our client is a household name in the hospitality industry in Malta. They are in the process of building a new hotel so they would like to engage a Senior Architect (Project Owner) to manage the whole project
The Role
You will lead this project for this new 5-star luxury hotel
You will oversee all aspects from construction to operations
You will coordinate with various stakeholders, managing project schedules and budgets
You will be person resolving issues, leading meetings, overseeing procurement, ensuring compliance, and managing project logistics
You will give regular updates to senior management on progress and raise any relevant issues immediately
Ensure that timelines are always met to ensure that delivery of project is as agreed
Requirements
Must have an architecture degree
Have a a minimum of 5years experience managing large projects from site to operations
Have experience dealing with all stakeholders & all levels of workers
Be concise and timely
Have exceptional negotiation skills
Have experience in dealing with the construction regulators and other related entities
Must have direct experience dealing with the Planning Authority
