DMS ( Autoline) Specialist

A client of ours specialising in the Manufacturing and Retail sector is currently looking to onboard a DMS (Autoline) Specialist to join their team:

Duties:

• Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to define specific requirements and business solutions.
• Analyse information processing needs ensuing from business requirements using structured analysis, data modelling and information engineering.
• Expand, modify or develop new systems in order to address business requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
• Assist in the integration and testing of new solutions.
• Document faults, and escalate to third level support where necessary.
• Liaise with end - users post implementation to provide support and ensure good business continuity processes.
• Compile any necessary documentation.

 

Requirements

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Autoline
• Software Development knowledge
• Good communications skills and the ability to adjust communication depending on the level of IT competence of the user.
• Must have a good customer service apprach

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
