End User Support Technician

A global leader in online sports betting and gaming is now looking for an End User Support Technician to join their friendly, fast-paced team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job description:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to onsite users, ensuring hardware, software, and peripherals are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across devices such as workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
  • Managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance to meet business needs and maintain optimal system performance.
  • Document support activities, contribute to the internal knowledge base, and train users to improve IT literacy and reduce repeat issues.
  • Asset tracking, ensuring IT compliance and security, and collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing technical support role, ideally within a 24/7 operational setting
  • Solid hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and various software applications
  • xcellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical users

Education and Experience

  • Hardware-related certifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
