Job description:
Provide hands-on technical support to onsite users, ensuring hardware, software, and peripherals are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across devices such as workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
Managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance to meet business needs and maintain optimal system performance.
Document support activities, contribute to the internal knowledge base, and train users to improve IT literacy and reduce repeat issues.
Asset tracking, ensuring IT compliance and security, and collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
At least 1 year in a customer-facing technical support role, ideally within a 24/7 operational setting
Solid hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and various software applications
xcellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical users
