What you'll be doing
Making sure all incidents, change requests and service requests are addressed quickly and efficiently
Deal with questions and provide 1st level support to end users
Oversee and manage cases by directing them to the relevant Product Domains, tracking progress with Product Coordinators, discussing priorities, and following up on resolutions.
Respond to cases within the agreed SLAs, ensuring that the end-user provides sufficient information to support troubleshooting or requirements gathering by internal teams, and assist with prioritizing cases as needed.
Monitor all cases assigned to Technology Units/Teams, regularly following up and keeping the end-user informed of any updates.
Identify opportunities for improving case management and support the end-user community.
Assist the team with generating regular progress reports, annual review reports, dashboards, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and other procurement-related tasks.
Send notifications via email or other channels to inform stakeholders of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internal updates, or important announcements.
Support the Senior Help Desk Officer in responding to auditor requests by providing necessary documentation or information as required.
