Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of IT, your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff on various hardware and software related matters via various channels (IT Service Helpdesk, phone, email, in-person).
Manage and track support requests using a Helpdesk ticketing system.
Monitor, configure and maintain ICT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of both computers and users and support the roll-out of new systems.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures and create and maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, issues and solutions.
Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Support or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite of products and Intune is essential.
Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
Proficient in using remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Be in possession of a valid driving license.
Education and Experience
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
