IT Support Specialist

Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an IT Support Specialist to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line of support to clients onsite, and remotely with issues related to hardware, software, and network. 
• Troubleshooting technical issues 
• Assisting in the installation, configuration of computer systems, and IT hardware 
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights 
• Providing support for corporate applications of clients 
• Supporting in any day to day requests of the clients 

Requirements

• Proficient in setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 and back-office products (Windows Server 2012-2022, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, etc.).
• Skilled in supporting applications like MS Office 365, Sage, VPNs, and remote desktop support.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V would be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driving license

Education and Experience

• Over 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong team collaboration and motivation.
