Job Description:
- Assist in managing IT service providers and ensuring smooth IT operations for MRoM.
- Support the IT Manager as needed, providing assistance on various IT-related tasks.
- Ensure the usability of IT hardware and software by overseeing maintenance, coordinating software upgrades, and managing issue resolution.
- Coordinate IT disaster recovery, business continuity, and security topics, including information and facility security.
- Support both internal and outsourced IT processes, coordinating with relevant expert units.
- Assist in the coordination of general operations and IT-related activities to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- A university degree or a high level diploma in IT .
- A deep interest in IT topics, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new systems
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring smooth IT operations and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Education and Experience
- A university degree or a high level diploma in IT
- A minimum of 2 years of local professional experience related to IT
