Junior Technical Support

  South of Malta  |  €22,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client, operting in the IT industry, is looking for a motivated and committed Junior Technical Support to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support to internal teams facing functionality issues.
  • Assist Sales teams, resellers, distributors, and research analysts with technical inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Monitor system usage and IT-related concerns, generating reports accordingly.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports.
  • Develop detailed technical project descriptions.
  • Conduct functionality testing based on a predefined schedule.
  • Document and track technical support interventions using an established ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Customer-focused team player with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

  • ECDL certification. is a plus
  • Proficiency in GA4 is considered an advantage
  • Diploma in IT
