We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior IT Officer to ensure our client's seamless operation of IT systems, provide end-user support, and implement cloud-based solutions to optimize organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
- Provide second-level support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and manage the performance, security, and availability of cloud infrastructure.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud environments for various projects.
- Implement and maintain best practices for cloud security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Administer and optimize Atlassian Jira and Confluence products to support project management, team collaboration, and documentation needs.
- Manage Microsoft products such as Purview, Intune, and Exchange, ensuring proper configuration, compliance, and system integration.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to recommend system improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years of IT support experience, with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
- Experience within a Credit Institution or the Financial Services industry is considered a plus.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
- Experience in scripting languages for automation and cloud resource management.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerization.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) are an advantage
