Key responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify solutions for a variety of systems-related issues.
Manage and resolve customer concerns within specified SLA parameters, handling multiple issues concurrently.
Employ targeted questioning to understand the root cause of customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Enhance operational efficiency by implementing, monitoring, and improving processes, procedures, and activities in client environments.
Accurately document task timings and maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and external projects and systems.
Requirements
At least two to four years of experience within a systems oriented role
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud environments and Windows Servers
Understanding of Cisco Networking and Security
Exposure of Active Directory and Azure AD.
Proficient with VMware, Office 365 and TCP/IP concepts
