Senior Graphic Designer

Our client who specializes in marketing is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

•  Design Leadership: Lead and overse the design process for a wide range of projects, including branding, print, digital, and multimedia campaigns.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, account managers, copywriters, and other tea members to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, applying this knowledge to elevate the agency's design capabilities
• Quality Control: Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and maintains a high level of visual and technical excellence

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Maltese
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding principles
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various media
• Previous experience is a similar position is a must
