Social Media Manager

  Central Malta  |  up to €45,000 Annually 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Produce original content, including graphics and optimized copy, tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to create and manage social media and Google ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, delivering reports with actionable insights.
  • Oversee the company’s CRM system, enhance the customer journey, and drive client retention and communication.
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including template design, copywriting, and automation.
  • Work with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in social media and CRM.
  • Represent the company at fairs, conferences, exhibitions, or during work-related travel as needed.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Hootsuite).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools like Facebook Insights.
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Creativity, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and SEO is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • High levels of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
