Konnekt was established in 2007 with a clear vision: to redefine recruitment in Malta. Starting as a project for a large company, we've evolved into the country's leading recruitment agency by staying true to our core values: integrity, dedication, and results. These principles guide everything we do and act both as a benchmark and motivator for all our actions and decisions.

In 2019, united by a shared passion for HR, our directors joined their experience from various sectors in HR to create Expedition42, a company aimed at offering any organisation comprehensive HR solutions. Together, we are shaping the future of HR, helping organisations overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
