The ALIVE Charity Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 2012 which raises funds for cancer research and health awareness in Malta and is the first Maltese charity which facilitates medical research that is carried out locally. The charity is funded by volunteer donations, and regularly organises events such as treasure hunts, picnics, football games and cycling events in order to collect funds.
As part of our continuous corporate social responsibility efforts, KONNEKT Search & Selection, organised a number of events throughout the year 2015, in order to collect some funds for a charitable cause. Events such as dress-down days, and initiatives such as Movember were organised with the charity in mind, and the donation was subsequently presented to a representative of the ALIVE Charity Foundation who visited the KONNEKT offices in December 2015.
KONNEKT believes in supporting charitable institutions such as ALIVE, which encourage health awareness and research within the local community.
