This year, KONNEKT is proud to be supporting and participating at the EY Malta Attractiveness Survey 2016, which will be held on Friday 7th October 2016 at The Westin Dragonara Resort, St. Julian’s.
Each year, the event attracts over 500 delegates and provides private and public stakeholders, as well as prospective investors with current information on the investment attractiveness of our islands, on both a national and sectoral level. During the event, the results of a survey carried out by EY amongst FDI companies in Malta will be unveiled, and a number of plenary sessions and interactive sectoral breakout sessions will also be held.
Over 60 local and foreign speakers will be participating at the evening, including author, broadcaster and journalist Jeremy Paxman, the Prime Minister of Malta Hon. Joseph Muscat, the Leader of the Opposition Hon. Dr Simon Busuttil and former Prime Minister of the Netherlands Professor Jan Peter Balkenende.
KONNEKT’s Managing Director Josef Said will be participating in one of the breakout sessions at the event, “Knowledge to do what? Skills & Human Capital Breakout Session” where he will be discussing the concept of demand vs supply in the current labour market.
